Size & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
To ensure the perfect fit, please note that we provide dedicated size charts tailored to our specific collections. When shopping our Elevated Essentials, simply refer to its specific size guide before placing your order. For our Luxe Silhouettes, you have the flexibility to either select a standard size from the Luxe chart or enter your exact measurements in the custom sizing column. Since every Luxe piece is crafted exclusively for you, you can choose whichever sizing option makes you feel most confident!
What if I’m between sizes?
If the fabric has no or a little stretch , we usually suggest sizing up. For stretchable articles, you may prefer to size down for a more tailored look.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are delivered in 4-5 business days for Elevated Essentials, while the Luxe Silhouette takes around 15-20 business days to be shipped. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your new favorites right to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your pieces! We accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Upon which you will receive store credits from which you can shop more!
Note: Luxe Silhouette items are non returnable, only alterations can be made.
How do I start an exchange?
Found the right piece but the wrong fit? Use our Returns Portal to select "Exchange" and we’ll ship your new size out for free!
